Young Lions romp to 9-1 victory in Euro 2025 qualifying
England Under-21s made a winning return to home soil on Thursday night, thrashing Serbia 9-1 in Euro 2025 qualifying.
The Young Lions were in devastating form at the City Ground, with goals from Emile Smith Rowe (2), Conor Gallagher, Cole Palmer, Rhian Brewster, Anthony Gordon, Morgan Gibbs-White and Harvey Elliott.
Serbia's only goal came from a penalty late on, but it was nothing more than a consolation as England cruised to victory.
