Acting Career

Poots' breakout role came in the post-apocalyptic horror film 28 Weeks Later (2007), where she played the character Tammy. She went on to star in several other notable films including 28 Days Later (2002), V for Vendetta (2005), Jane Eyre (2011), and Green Room (2015).

In 2022, Poots starred as Autumn in the science fiction Western series Outer Range.
